"What's the most unexpected thing you've found in this place?" The voice that asks is a rich, commanding baritone, and the speaker is a heavyset middle-aged man in a tailored suit and long coat. He has an impressive collection of rings that pulse faintly with power for the magic-sensitive, and he leans on a dragon-headed cane. He's wandered around the Nexus just enough to get the gist of it, at least.
