Jester stays closer to chat, though the sounds that come from him sound more like whispered giggles than any speech - and for most people that's all they'd be able to hear. Patrick is an exception due to complex events, Rick due to being the current Puppet Master. And sometimes Lauren could figure out what they were saying if they yelled at her repeatedly... But those with the telepathic skill to hear them were few and far between.
