Jester Meets Clark

Clark is doing a bit better today. While most people haven't seen him around since he was raised from the dead, he's flirted a bit with red kryptonite addiction since, this time on purpose. But he's trying to be good and stay away from it, because he knows it's bad for him, and it makes him do things he regrets. Even if it helps take the guilt away.

And he's most assuredly not going to talk about it if he can help it. Which suits him, because he has another thing he needs advice on today.

"So... college starts in a week or so, and I don't know if I'm ready, after everything that's happened over the summer. Metropolis University's pretty close, so I can still help out at the farm when I'm not in class, but... I still don't know what I want to do with my life. Besides the saving-people thing. How should I decide?"

Den's back in the Nexus after a bit of an absence. The blue she sported months ago has faded to a sort of teal-ish color that is partially visible from certain angles. She's got her laptop out, and on a nearby screen, she's sent a message.

What is something that you've tried to hide about yourself in order to appear as others expect you to appear?

It should be noted that she has headphones on, and doesn't seem to be in a talky mood. She will respond to messages sent from the other screen, however.
