[Clark Kent (kalel_ofkrypton@livejournal.com)]
Clark is back! He's looking rather pleased, which is a rare thing lately.
"So I finally met a metahuman at home who was actually interested in helping people. Well, and fish. He's not sticking around very long, but... it feels good to know there's someone else out there, you know? He's not a meteor freak, though, but... it still makes me hope. So I guess my question is whether or not it's selfish to want to team up with people like me, who want to make a difference."
He gets serious now, and stands up straight, aware that he's about to ask something that might be against the unspoken rules. They're sort of against his own self-imposed rules, anyway. "And... for those of you familiar with the, um, comics. Or who live in a world that has a version of me. Have you ever heard of a guy named Milton Fine?"
