Dal Nimbus and Dr. Judy Bannister can barely be seen behind their stacks of current paperwork at the moment, having divided up the workload in the hopes of getting through it faster)

Ok, got a few articles here on Wily working with a Dr. Light. I'll sort that into the background check file. I remember Wily mentioning Dr. Light briefly... seems to have also been involved in the creation of some of the older kids. Oughtta make a note to try to contact him.

Right... I have a news clipping photo here with pictures of the oldest ones. I'd better set up files for each as we go. Already have files started for Iceman and Elecman. They're both mentioned in this...
What about the oldest one here? Blues Wily? Notes so far say he's not around the others much... think he ran away?

Wouldn't blame the kid if he did, from what I've seen so far. Course, if he did, that means he at least broke Second Law... Between that and Forte arguing with Dr. Wily, it's a good sign the others might be able to as well.

What about Dr. Light's children, assuming we can find them, or him? Clippings I have show that Rock is the same as 'Rockman' that Iceman mentioned fighting before. Also sometimes called Megaman. If nothing else, he may know where this Skull Palace is or how the police might be able to get to the children after the report is filed.
I have a bad feeling about that part of the case, Dal... I hate to think of it, but the biggest obsticle we'll have to getting those kids out of there might be the kids themselves.

Yeah, I know. Damned Second Law, or whatever twisted adaption this Dr. Wily is using...Too much to hope for that they'll all spontaneously break the damn thing just because we're trying to get them out of there.
One of the records I have lists some sort of identification numbers for the kids. Want those for your records? Might at least be useful for sorting out ages...
